  191.     program in which LICENSOR has SOLE ownership, from which no more than

  193.     through the installation on, or by bundling with, a computer system, or 
  194.     to bundle for resale with another software product or products.  Other 
  195.     uses and rights are not covered by this license.

  224.     to the error-free operation of the software.  Except as may be provided 
  225.     by law, LICENSOR may not be held liable for any damages or loss 
  226.     resulting from the use of, or the inability to use, PROGRAM or TOOLS.

  228.     This LICENSE is NON-EXCLUSIVE and MAY NOT be transferred.
